Volkswagen Radio: Code Entry

Here's how to enter the unlock code for a Volkswagen car radio:

Turn on the radio and wait until it displays "SAFE" or "CODE" on the screen.
For most Volkswagen radios:
- Use the numbered preset buttons (1-4) or the volume / tuning knob to enter each digit of your code
- On models with preset buttons, press button 1 for the first digit, button 2 for the second digit, and so on
- On models with knobs, turn the knob to select a digit and press it to confirm each digit
For newer VW radios with a touchscreen:
- A numeric keypad will appear on the screen
- Simply tap the digits of your code in sequence
- Press "OK" or "Enter" to confirm
